Michael Stomberg is the founder and CEO of The Planet Group of Companies which includes Planet Pharma, Planet Forward, Planet Healthcare, Planet Interactive, Planet121, PFES, and Treximo. Michael has over 20 years of experience developing and leading global organizations. Michael is skilled in organizational development, leadership development, budgeting, streamlining operations, technology integration, team development, and global business strategy.
Andrew joined Planet121 in November 2001 to expand the company’s IT Consulting Services to the US. As President, he is responsible for the continued expansion of the business. Andrew has worked in SAP recruitment and consulting since 1998, covering industry verticals such as manufacturing, insurance, and life sciences.
Chief Financial Officer
Tim Bauwens is the CFO of The Planet Group of Companies and is responsible for accounting and reporting, financial planning, cash management, human resources and risk management. He has over 25 years corporate accounting and finance experience, having spent the early part of his career focused on mergers & acquisitions, mostly in the service and utilities sectors. Tim has spent the last ten years in the professional services and construction industries working with publicly traded and privately held companies with an emphasis on accelerated topline growth, improved cashflow, and maximizing return on investment. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Augustana College, and holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
Chief Operating Officer
Carolyn Durham brings a unique blend of experience in account management, business development and corporate operations to lead the direction of our client services, business development and administrative functions. Carolyn brings over 12 years of experience in the professional staffing and consulting industries primarily supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology and device organizations. Her experience has encompassed sales, recruitment, business development, commercial operations and project management. Carolyn has a bachelor’s degree in communications and culture with a minor in business and sociology from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.

Matt joined Planet121 in 2003. He has spent time in finance, recruiting, internal training, account management, and sales. Matt now plays the Integrator role, working within the leadership team to ensure that Planet121 is the best that it can be. VP of Sales
Dustin joined Planet121 in January 2006. He has been a recruitment consultant, recruitment manager, account manager, and is now Vice President of Sales. In his current position, he is responsible for new client acquisition, but with 10 years of end to end SAP recruitment experience, Dustin can successfully work with both candidates and clients. He has a background in coaching and loves to teach and mentor new employees. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and makes an effort to play as much golf as possible.
Mike is a highly experienced SAP Executive who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals and SAP customers. His impressive track record encompasses more than 25 years of hands-on SAP experience including the recent implementation of one of the first S/4 HANA 1511 implementations in North America. This implementation included multiple cloud solutions integrated into S/4. Mike has the proven ability to successfully analyze an organizations’ critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and manage innovative and cost-effective SAP solutions. He is key in helping clients realize SAP as a true asset to their organization.
Director of Delivery
Carl Williams joined Planet121 in 2008 as a recruitment consultant and is now the Director of Delivery. In this role, Carl is responsible for building and leading Planet121’s global recruitment team. Carl is well-versed in service, quality, and all areas of recruitment with strength in SAP and expertise in the Aerospace and Defense industry. With his extensive industry experience, Carl understands what clients and candidates want, how technology impacts business and how to empower the recruitment team to success. He is an intuitive, decisive, and passionate individual who enjoys streamlining processes and creating efficiency. Carl is a proud veteran of war and former U.S. Marine.
Seth joined Planet121 in April 2007 and after several years in the Recruitment department, he found his niche within Operations. As the Operations Manager, he is focused on ensuring smooth communication across departments and challenging processes to increase efficiency. He looks to new technology to expand his skill set to help drive growth within the company. Seth resides in San Diego with his wife and daughter and has a passion for living a healthy lifestyle which includes Crossfit.
Nell joined Planet121 in October 2005 as the US Finance & Administration Manager. Nell’s primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department. In this role, Nell monitors policies and procedures as well as financial process improvement strategy. She assists in ensuring that the Finance Department not only delivers financial services professionally and efficiently, but that the department supports the overall goals of Planet121. Nell has more than 13 years of experience within SAP recruitment and consulting, but some of her other passions include animal welfare, cooking, learning about wine and traveling the world.
